Benefits of Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
My clients always tell me how well they have slept after their treatment! Some of my daytime clients go home for a nap after a treatment. People are always on the go and constantly multi-tasking - a treatment at Wendy French Reflexology puts time on hold for the duration of your appointment and people leave much calmer than when they arrived.

Is it suitable for me?
Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from newborn babies to those receiving end of life care, and everyone in between.
Will reflexology help me?
As a well trained reflexologist I do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your well being.
The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. Usually, after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of well being improving. You may also find that other aspects improve too; however, this happens on an individual basis. I encourage my clients to put their phone on silent for the duration of their treatment so that they really 'switch off'.
With ever increasing levels of stress in everyday life, reflexology may be one of the ways to reduce this.
It is really important to ensure you drink plenty of water after your treatment and during the next 48hrs as reflexology has an amazing detoxing effect.
I offer traditional reflexology, facial reflexology, fertility reflexology and maternity reflexology in Basingstoke near Hook.
