11/04/24 - Ear Reflexology is Coming to Wendy French Reflexology!
I am just writing up my case study and as soon as it is ready I will be offering this wonderful service! How will it benefit you? I will start the treatment massaging your ears and working on a vast majority of reflexes along the way. The ear to brain connection is the shortest and most direct of these neurological micro-systems, so working on the ears may have a profound effect on reducing stress relaxation. Ear seeds are recommended when a specific area of the body needs to be targeted. You will even get to take some home with you! The ear seeds are believed to support the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the “rest and digest” part of our nervous system that helps us digest food better, think more clearly, respond well to stressful events, and get deep sleep.

I am thrilled to confirm that I took part in my Ear Reflexology training this week! I just need to complete my case study and I will be officially qualified to help you. I am so excited to bring some new techniques to you! I will apply ear seeds during the treatment so you benefit from my training after you have seen me!! I will give you some ear seeds to take home with you too!
24/03/24 - Ear Reflexology (Auriculotherapy) is coming to Wendy French Reflexology from May 2024 onwards.
The ear (just like the hands and feet) represent a micro system on which the entire body is ‘mapped’ on the outer portion of the ear. The ear to brain connection is the shortest and most direct of these neurological micro-systems, so working on the ears may have a profound effect on reducing stress relaxation. Ear seeds are recommended when a specific area of the body needs to be targeted. I am super excited to be sharing this new treatment with you after I have taken part in the course next month and completed my case studies!

By the time you have decided to opt for IVF you have been down quite a fertility journey - you may have had a number of tests, meetings with Consultants and tried a number of medicated cycles. When it comes to selecting a clinic I would recommend reading the book 'IVF: All You Need to Know' by Clare Goulty and Sue Bedford. I also recommend looking at the website www.hfea.gov.uk which is the UK fertility regulator.

I love this time of year when I make plans for the year ahead. In the reflexology world you have to book the best courses (usually but not always London based) way in advance as they simply get booked up!
